PHILADELPHIA - Police arrested a man Tuesday who allegedly
opened fire into a crowd surrounding the tour bus of rapper
French Montana and killed one person after a concert in
Philadelphia.
Investigators said the bus, followed by several cars loaded with friends and family, arrived at a hotel for a post-concert party after the rapper headlined a sold-out show at the Theatre of Living Arts. Jowann King, 26, of Flushing, N.Y., was killed.
