Lil' Kim is
virtually unrecognizable.
The 38-year-old rapper was spotted in West Hollywood last
week -- though onlookers could barely tell it was her.

The "Queen Bee" singer had been rumored to have undergone
plastic surgery in March 2012, and in recent photos she
seems to have a lighter complexion, a much fuller face and
a distinctive new nose.

Judging from the photos, "Lil' Kim seems to have undergone
significant alteration of her face, and not for the
better," Dr. Boris Ackerman, Board Certified Plastic
Surgeon in Newport Beach, CA told the New York Daily News.

It looks like "she had her nose operated to make it her
nostrils look more narrow. Her facial features like her
cheeks and especially her jaw line are essentially
unrecognizable," said Ackerman. "Most likely she had
semi-permanent filler placed in those areas."
"She also appears to have her upper eyelids operated on,"
he continued. "Her skin has undergone a significant amount
of lightening, which can be done with combination of
chemical peel and skin lightening creams."
Lil' Kim has been working on appearing in Tiffany Foxx's
new music video for "Twisted" this past week. The music
video will also feature Miley Cyrus and Lil Mama.
